On August 31, 2010, Heategevusfond Uus Laine was founded by seven companies belonging to the Alexela Group. The founders of the fund include AS Alexela Terminal, OU Paldiski Tehnopark, OU Pakri Plaza, Paldiski Arendamise AS, OmaKoduMaja AS, OU Balti Gaas and AS Paldiski Tsingipada.

Alexela Arena

 

Charity foundation Uus Laine manages Alexela Arena, the football stadium in Paldiski. On the 31. August 2013, Paldiski city opened the first full size football stadium named Alexela Arena.

It costed over half a million euros to build the stadium covered with modern artificial grass layering. Fully funded by AS Alexela Terminal.

Alexela Arena is among the best five stadiums in Estonia. If you wish to rent, book the stadium for even or something other, kindly get in touch.

APPLYING FOR SUPPORT

Conditions to apply for support

  1. MTÜ Heategevusfond Uus Laine (“the Fund”) is designed to support the residents of the city of Paldiski and their designated social, educational, cultural and athletic projects.
  2. The application for support must be submitted using the appropriate form. The application is available at the Fund’s office at Rae 38 in Paldiski, on the website www.uuslaine.zezz.ee or by e-mail request to jaanus.saat@paldiski.net.
  3. The application must be submitted in Estonian and printed.
  4. The application must be mailed or delivered in a sealed envelope to MTÜ Heategevusfond Uus Laine, Rae 38, Paldiski.
  5. The Fund can apply for support from other charitable organizations, corporations and, in exceptional cases, from other legal or public sector organizations.
  6. The Fund cannot provide support if:

6.1 The applicant is bankrupt, in liquidation, its activities are subject to legal proceedings or its activities have been suspended;

6.2 The applicant has overdue tax or customs records;

6.3 The applicant has violated an earlier agreement with the Fund.

  1. The cost of all formal applications and submissions shall be paid by the applicant.
  2. For more information about the Fund, a request can be made via e-mail or telephone to Jaanus Saat, jaanus.saat@paldiski.net, tel. 6741 145.
  3. The Fund’s board of directors will evaluate each application. The board meets once a month.
  4. The process time for applications for the Fund’s support can take approximately (depending on the quantity and quality of the applications) 30 business days.
  5. Each beneficiary will be awarded a contract.
  6. Beneficiaries are required to submit a financial statement report to the Fund within 30 business days of the end of the operations being supported. The cost of the financial statement report should be included in the document copy expense.
  7. All reports must be prepared in Estonian, signed and presented in A4 format.
  8. The beneficiary must comply with disclosure requirements relating to projects referred to in public speeches, statements and publications in the Fund’s name.
